Tuesday night was rival night as the Tigers traveled to Newaygo for conference action. It was was game of runs by both teams in the first half. Grant jumped out to an early 9 point lead, but Newaygo fought their way back to and found themselves down 3 at half. The Tigers were able to pull away in the 4th quarter and secure an 11 point victory. Kirstyn Throop led all scorers with 17 and Nicole Whan chipped in with 15 points.
