The Grant Tigers opened up the 2019-2020 season at White Cloud. It was a fun atmosphere and the fans watched two teams compete until the final buzzer. Grant jumped out to an early 10 - 3 lead and went into half up 15 to 9. The second half was back an forth with 3 lead changes down the strech. White Cloud made a 3 point basket to tie the game at 36. Grant turned the ball over with 5 seconds left and were called for a block during a scrambled. White Cloud made 1 free throw to win the game 37 to 36.
Kirstyn Throop led all scores with 16.
