TRI-COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL: 3
Lady Tigers were quick to score starting out strong with a goal from Nikki Tellkamp, but an “unlucky” call in our box gave TC a penalty. Penalty kick allowed a TC player to go head to head with our amazing keep, Lilian Scott, whom took a dive in the direction the ball was kicked, but unfortunately TC scored and the game was tied up. After TC tied the game Our Lady Tigers appeared to have defeated spirits but Emme Losee kept trying to push everyone forward by starting plays/runs or simply encouraging movement to ball. TC took advantage of our team’s inability to “shake it off and press on” and was able to land two more in our net. Game ended Tigers 1-3 Tri County.
