Girls Varsity Tennis vs. Multiple Opponents

The Tigers traveled to Whitehall for the conference tournament Saturday. The girls finished a single point behind Whitehall for second place. #4 ranked North Muskegon won with 18 points. Freshman Jocee and Ana were the conference champs at #3 doubles. Nadia was 2nd at 2 singles. Senior Elayne and sophomore Madison were the runner ups at 4 dubs only losing 1 game in their first two matches and then going 7-5, 7-5 in the final. Kierstyn Scarbrough almost upset Fremont winning the second set and forcing a third set. At #1 singles, Jada faced the top seed from NM and went 4-6 5-7 to take home the runner up medal.
