The Grant Tigers defeated the Reed City Coyotes in three straight sets tonight in their second league match of the season. The match was scored: 25-14, 25-13, 25-13. Olivia Keelean and Kylie Patton led the team with 8 kills each while Catherine Geers and Kendall Wilkerson added 6 kills each. Megan Wegener and Ashley Longcore each added 4 kills. Nicole Whan's 36 assists were coupled with her team-leading 10 digs, followed by Olivia Keelean with 7 and Jill Arends with 5. Olivia Keelean led the team with 5 service aces while Kirstyn Throop added 4 service aces.
The Tigers are now 20-7-1. They do not compete this weekend. Their next match will be Tuesday, September 17 at Chippewa Hills.
