BIG RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL: 0
A great night for the lady Tigers as they finished their league play undefeated and clinched the Conference Championship. The Tigers played three sets with a strong Big Rapids team who challenged them with tough serving and strong net play. The Tigers won out 25-21, 25-21, 25-15.
Stat leaders were Olivia Keelean with 9 kills, Catherine Geers with 8 kills, Megan Wegener with 6 kills, and Kylie Patton with 5 kills. Nicole Whan had 30 assists. Dig leaders were Jill Arends with 15 and Nicole Whan with 11. Service aces were dealt from Jill Arends with 4, Olivia Keelean with 3 and Megan Wegener with 3.
The Tigers travel to Williamston this weekend to continue to prepare for Districts at the end of October. The Tigers record sits at 32-11-2.
