NEWAYGO HIGH SCHOOL: 3
The Varsity volleyball team put up an incredible fight against the Newaygo LIons but came up short 2-3. There were many intense volleys and a fierce battle of quickness. Scores were 25-21, 23-25, 25-23, 22-25, 13-15. Scoring for the Tigers was Jaycee Rider with 28 pts, Trinity Swanson 24 pts, Baylee Miller 19 pts, Jayci Hance 15 pts, Sara Arends 11 pts, & Mackenzie Ritz added 9 pts. Cheer on your Tigers Thursday as they host a home quad starting at 5:00pm.
