FREMONT HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The JV Volleyball team defeated the Fremont Packers 26-24, 21-25 and 17-15. They were competitive, exciting sets to watch. Both teams played hard all night. The Tigers were able to execute on key plays down the stretch to pull out the win. Overall record 17-18-1 and in league were 3-1.
Leaders for the night: Jaycee Rider; 15 points, 6 aces, 12 kills, 10 setting assists, 10 digs; Morgann Ausema: 7 points, 2 aces, 3 kills, 4 digs: Jessica Throop; 9 points, 1 ace, 11 digs; Laney Shears; 5 points, 14 digs.
