OAKRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Varsity baseball team traveled to Muskegon Oakridge today for their first game of the season. We played one 9 inning game and came out with a 6-2 win. We had great pitching by Jed VanderWeide and Dalton Wagner and Jarod Howell called a great game behind the dish for Jed & Dalton. The team put together some timely hitting all game long and the hitting was led by Senior Jarod Howell. We played error free baseball and that always helps! The coaching staff was very proud of the boys and how they played with having limited practice time outside. Spring break starts Friday but we will be back on the practice field next Tuesday.
